By accessing and using Tubelyzer (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Tubelyzer provides YouTube channel analysis, transcription fetching, and data intelligence tools. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

3. User Accounts

You must log in to use certain features of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tubelyzer offers two paid tiers: Pro at ₹99/month (individual creators & researchers) and Agency at ₹199/month (creators and agencies managing multiple channels, with watchlists and client labels). Both are billed as one-time 30-day access; subscriptions do not auto-renew — you renew manually when the term ends.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, as access to digital intelligence tooling is immediate. If you experience a payment failure where access was not granted, contact support@webnesters.in and we will assist within 24–48 hours.

We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Pricing changes do not affect access already paid for during an active 30-day window.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or to bypass any technical limitations of the Service. Bulk data extraction should respect YouTube's Terms of Service.
