We collect your email address when you sign up to provide account access and support. We also track usage statistics (number of searches) to enforce daily limits and improve the service.

Agency tier only: we additionally store the list of public YouTube channel IDs you choose to track in your watchlist, along with any optional client labels and notes you enter. This data is private to your account, protected by row-level security, and is never shared or sold. You can remove any tracked channel at any time from your Agency dashboard.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide the functions of Tubelyzer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Emails may be sent for account-related notifications or support replies.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and database management, and Razorpay for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies regarding the data they handle.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences (like dark mode). These are necessary for the website to function correctly.

5. Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies at any time using your browser's settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will sign you out and some features may stop working.
You can stop tracking a channel, or ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it, by contacting us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

Tubelyzer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
